Abstract
1. Способ получения акролеина путем окисления пропилена, отличающийся тем, что он включает стадию дегидратации глицерина в присутствии газа, содержащего пропилен. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой реакционный газ, забираемый на стадии окисления пропилена в акролеин. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой газовую смесь, которую загружают в реактор окисления пропилена. ! 4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что реакцию дегидратации осуществляют в газовой фазе в присутствии катализатора. ! 5. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина. ! 6. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что глицерин вводят в жидком или в газообразном виде. ! 7. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что используют глицерин в чистом виде или в виде концентрированного или разбавленного водного раствора. ! 8. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что окисление пропилена осуществляют в присутствии избытка тепла. ! 9. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что стадию дегидратации глицерина осуществляют частично в бойлере, который охлаждает теплоноситель, циркулирующий в трубопроводах 6 или 7.
Claims (9)
1. Способ получения акролеина путем окисления пропилена, отличающийся тем, что он включает стадию дегидратации глицерина в присутствии газа, содержащего пропилен.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой реакционный газ, забираемый на стадии окисления пропилена в акролеин.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой газовую смесь, которую загружают в реактор окисления пропилена.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что реакцию дегидратации осуществляют в газовой фазе в присутствии катализатора.
5. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина.
6. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что глицерин вводят в жидком или в газообразном виде.
7. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что используют глицерин в чистом виде или в виде концентрированного или разбавленного водного раствора.
8. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что окисление пропилена осуществляют в присутствии избытка тепла.
9. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что стадию дегидратации глицерина осуществляют частично в бойлере, который охлаждает теплоноситель, циркулирующий в трубопроводах 6 или 7.
