Способ диагностики различных форм хронического тонзиллита, включающий исследование крови, отличающийся тем, что исследуют кровь спектрофотометрическим анализом и при оптической плотности оксигемоглобина от 0,652 до 0,655 в зоне поглощения 540 нм и от 0,678 до 0,687 в зоне поглощения 576 нм судят о компенсированной форме хронического тонзиллита, а при оптической плотности оксигемоглобина от 0,568 до 0,591 в зоне поглощения 540 нм и от 0,564 до 0,6 в зоне поглощения 576 нм диагностируют декомпенсированную форму хронического тонзиллита.
