Abstract
1. Способ экспресс-диагностики сахарного диабета по измерению в воздухе диагностически значимых веществ в диагностически значимых концентрациях, отличающийся тем, что сахарный диабет диагностируют по содержанию микропримесей ацетона в выдыхаемом пациентом воздухе, а определение содержания ацетона в выдыхаемом пациентом воздухе осуществляется приборным комплексом концентрирующая центрифуга - масс-спектрометр.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что определение содержания ацетона в выдыхаемом пациентом воздухе осуществляют до еды и через 0,5-2 ч после еды, и по изменению содержания ацетона в выдыхаемом пациентом воздухе и скорости этого изменения или сохранению содержания ацетона в выдыхаемом пациентом воздухе устанавливают наличие заболевания у пациента и его форму или отсутствие заболевания.3. Способ по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что анализируемая газовая фаза отбирается принудительно.4. Способ по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что анализируемая газовая фаза до анализа инкубируется в пластиковые емкости.5. Способ по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что анализируемая газовая фаза перед анализом пропускается через слой адсорбента паров воды.1.
