Abstract
1. Состав ингибитора сероводородной и углекислотной коррозии, содержащий активную основу, эмульгатор и растворитель, отличающийся тем, что в качестве активной основы используются аминоамиды и диамиды карбоновых кислот и полиэтиленполиамина, получаемые взаимодействием карбоновых кислот или их сложных эфиров с полиэтиленполиамином при температуре 100-150°С в токе азота или под вакуумом. ! 2. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве смеси карбоновых кислот при синтезе аминоамидов и диамидов применяется реакционная масса окисления высококипящих альфа олефинов с кислотным числом 20-50 мг КОН/г и числом омыления 100-160 мг КОН/г. ! 3. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сложных эфиров карбоновых кислот применяются растительные масла или продукты их переработки, например подсолнечное, рапсовое или талловое масло. ! 4. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на второй стадии проводится взаимодействие аминоамидов с органическим растворителем, содержащим олигомеры стирола, спирты, низкомолекулярный каучук, гликоли и продукты их окисления. ! 5. Состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на третьей стадии готовится композиция, включающая продукт взаимодействия аминоамидов с органическим растворителем 20-60%, эмульгатор - неионогенное поверхностно активное вещество 5-10%, алифатические спирты (фракция С3-С7) 5-20% и ароматические углеводороды 10-30%.1. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that in the third stage a composition is prepared comprising the reaction product of aminoamides with an organic solvent of 20-60%, an emulsifier is a nonionic surfactant of 5-10%, aliphatic alcohols (fraction C3-C7) 5 -20% and aromatic hydrocarbons 10-30%.
