Abstract
Термоэлектрическое устройство для локальной гипотермии спинного мозга, содержащее криволинейно изогнутое теплоотводящее ребро и систему охлаждения, отличающееся тем, что устройство имеет сегментарную сборную конструкцию, каждый сегмент которой содержит теплоотводящее ребро, представляющее собой тепловую трубу, выполненную в форме изогнутой пластины, полость которой имеет слой капиллярно-пористого материала и заполнена теплоносителем, поверхность которой покрыто титановым покрытием, прилегающее к тканям операционной раны, а система изменения температуры теплоотводящего ребра состоит из полупроводникового термоэлектрического модуля, расположенного в прямой части теплоотводящего ребра и находящегося с ним в тепловом контакте, имеющего индивидуальное питание от источника тока, управляющее воздействие на который формируется блоком управления в соответствии с сигналами, поступающими от термопары, расположенной в криволинейно изогнутой части теплоотводящего ребра, при этом охлаждение горячего спая полупроводникового термоэлектрического модуля осуществляется при помощи жидкостного теплообменника, находящегося с ним в тепловом контакте и совпадающего по размерам с горячим спаем полупроводникового термоэлектрического модуля.A thermoelectric device for local hypothermia of the spinal cord, comprising a curvilinearly curved heat-dissipating rib and a cooling system, characterized in that the device has a segmental assembly structure, each segment of which contains a heat-dissipating rib, which is a heat pipe made in the form of a curved plate, the cavity of which has a layer of capillary-porous material and is filled with a coolant, the surface of which is covered with a titanium coating adjacent to the tissues of the surgical wound, and the system for changing the temperature of the heat-dissipating rib consists of a semiconductor thermoelectric module located in the straight part of the heat-dissipating rib and in thermal contact with it, having an individual power supply from a current source, the control action on which is formed by the control unit in accordance with the signals coming from a thermocouple located in the curvilinearly curved part of the heat-dissipating rib, while cooling the hot junction of the semiconductor thermoelectric module is carried out using a liquid heat exchanger located with it in thermal contact and matching in size with the hot junction of the semiconductor thermoelectric module.
