Abstract
1. Способ лечебной блокады при синдроме ягодичной мышцы, включающий определение локализации болезненного локального уплотнения - триггера в ягодичной мышце, прессуру уплотнения с возрастающим усилием от 2 до 16 кг в течение 3-6 мин и при сохранении боли после внутрикожного введения 0,25-0,5%-ного раствора новокаина над участком уплотнения до образования «лимонной корочки», проведение конца иглы в уплотненный участок мышцы с введением в него медикаментозного раствора с анестетиком, отличающийся тем, что после определения границы и объема болезненного уплотнения проводят конец иглы в направлении центра уплотнения на всю толщину триггера, и по ходу продвижения иглы медикаментозный раствор инъецируют в объеме, превышающем объем уплотнения. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при больших размерах триггера после вливания медикаментозной жидкости по центру уплотнения иглу подтягивают и, не выводя конец ее из кожи, направляют по линии, намеченной поперечно ходу мышечных волокон, в середину одного края триггера и вводят в него медикаментозную жидкость, затем конец иглы выводят из мышцы и по намеченной линии вводят в середину другого края триггера с инфузией медикаментозной жидкости, при этом в каждый край триггера вводят четвертую часть от всего объема вливаемой медикаментозной жидкости. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в медикаментозную жидкость, содержащую 0,25-0,5%-ный раствор новокаина, добавляют из расчета на 1 мл вводимого раствора 0,2 мг дексаметазона и 10 мг витамина В12.1.
