Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and intensive care, can be used for general anesthesia. The method provides adequate protection of the patient from surgical pain, both during surgery and in the postoperative period by administering the analgesic tramadol intravenously and into the epidural space in a total total dose of 100 mg. In the operating room, catheterization of the epidural space at the Th-Th level was carried out previously, after administration of the test dose (2% lidocaine 50 mg tramadol), induction anesthesia was performed with recofol at a dose of 1.5-2.5 mg / kg body weight intravenously with an interval of 10 with. The main anesthesia Recofol was administered intravenously with a syringe pump SEP-10S at a rate of 20-30 ml / h. Myorelaxation was performed with leafen and arduan. Analgesia was maintained by intravenous drip of tramadol in physiological saline at a dose of 50 mg, with intravenous administration of recofol, through a syringe pump, and before the skin incision, 50 mg of calypsol was administered in a total total dose of 150 mg for the entire anesthesia period, to maintain the surgical stages of anesthesia. Analgesia by intravenous and epidural administration of tramadol in combination with an intravenous anesthetic of recofol and sub-narcotic doses of calypsol with an epidural block stabilized laboratory and hemodynamic parameters. The invention completely eliminates the use of morphine-like analgesics in large surgery, improves the efficiency and safety of general anesthesia with subsequent postoperative anesthesia, epidural administration of tramadol without using local anesthetic solutions, thereby excluding
