Способ диагностики корешковых синдромов остеохондроза поясничного отдела позвоночника в стадии обострения путем ультразвукового исследования в режиме энергетического картирования, заключающийся в оценке изменения кровотока, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно осуществляют исследование корешковых артерий и корешковых вен передним и заднебоковым доступами в сегментах L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 и при повышении скорости кровотока на уровне поражения в корешковых артериях до 44,5 см/сек ±1,9, при снижении скорости кровотока на уровне поражения в корешковых венах до 4,3 см/сек ±0,5 и при повышении кровотока в вышележащем сегменте до 17,3 см/сек ±1,2 диагностируют корешковый синдром.
