Abstract
Безалкогольный напиток, содержащий экстрактивные вещества из растительного сырья, одним из которых является элеутерококк, а также сахаросодержащий компонент, пищевую кислоту, двуокись углерода и воду, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит ароматизатор с ароматом трав, ароматизатор с ароматом хвои, карамельный колер, натрия бензоат и сорбат калия, в качестве экстрактивных веществ из растительного сырья используют экстрактивные вещества концентрированной основы, содержащей помимо экстрактивных веществ из элеутерококка, экстрактивные вещества из плодов брусники, травы череды, плодов бархата амурского и хвои кедра корейского, при следующем соотношении ингредиентов в готовом напитке, кг на 100 дал: !
