Abstract
1. Способ подогрева насоса пожарной машины для низкотемпературных условий, содержащий пожарный насос собственно с его подшипниками и масляной ванной, всасывающим патрубком, в сборе с напорным коллектором с перекрывными задвижками, отличающийся тем, что в корпусе насоса имеется дополнительная полость - рубашка подогрева, причем в рубашку подогрева поступают нагретые отработавшие газы, образующиеся при сгорании топлива для чего рубашка подогрева подключается к выпускному тракту двигателя базового шасси пожарного автомобиля с помощью специального патрубка и переключающего устройства. ! 2. Способ подогрева насоса пожарной машины для низкотемпературных условий по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для увеличения поверхности теплообмена рубашка подогрева состоит из ряда параллельных каналов круглой, прямоугольной или иной конфигурации (формы) при этом расчетное гидравлическое сопротивление тракта подогрева равно или меньше сопротивления выпускного тракта двигателя базового шасси с глушителем. ! 3. Способ подогрева насоса пожарной машины для низкотемпературных условий по п.1, отличающийся тем, что рубашка подогрева насоса подключена параллельно выхлопному тракту и имеет патрубок для подвода отработавших газов и патрубок для их отвода. ! 4. Способ подогрева насоса пожарной машины для низкотемпературных условий по п.1 и 3 отличающийся тем, что для эффективной передачи тепла огнетушащей жидкости находящейся в полости насоса патрубок для подвода отработавших газов находится на диффузоре корпуса, а патрубок для отвода отработавших газов размещен на противоположной стороне корпуса. ! 5.
