Корсет поясничный, включающий пояс с высокой спинкой и двумя бортами, снабженными застежками из текстильной ворсовой ткани велькро на свободных их концах, причем у одного борта на внутренней его поверхности застежка выполнена из петельного элемента ткани велькро, а на внешней поверхности другого борта выполнена из крюкового элемента, при этом на внешней стороне спинки пояса в вертикальных карманах размещены ребра жесткости из упруго эластичного материала, отличающийся тем, что содержит полый чехол из безвредного для организма тканого материала, выполненный по форме спинки пояса, но с укороченными бортами и с возможностью прикрепления и отсоединения его от спинки пояса, причем в центре спинки чехла выполнен вертикальный разрез тыльной его стенки, по сторонам от которого прикреплены застежки из крючкового элемента ткани велькро под застежку из петельного элемента ткани велькро, размещенную вертикальной полоской на внутренней поверхности в центре спинки пояса, при этом в полости чехла размещен вкладыш из меховой шкурки, расположенный мехом кпереди, а кожей кзади.1.
