Пневматический насос по п.3, в котором указанные параметры могут включать продолжительность цикла, производительность, полные циклы и диагностику неисправностей. ! 5. Пневматический насос по п.1, включающий поршень и датчик положения указанного поршня. ! 6. Пневматический насос по п.5, в котором указанный датчик содержит магниторезистивный датчик.1.
