Abstract
1. Полипептид, характеризующийся своей полипептидной цепью, состоящей из последовательности аминокислот, содержащейся в последовательностях SEQ ID NO.7 или SEQ ID NO.8. ! 2. Полипептид по п.1 характеризуется тем, что он получен с помощью Pichia pastoris. ! 3. Композиция, которая включает любой из полипептидов, определенных в п.1 для стимуляции роста рыб и ракообразных. ! 4. Применение супернатантов культуры Pichia pastoris, содержащих полипептиды, определенные в п.1, в составе корма для стимуляции роста и/или устойчивости к заболеваниям у рыб и ракообразных в дозе, эквивалентной эффекту 4,8 мг полипептида/кг корма. ! 5. Применение супернатантов культуры Pichia pastoris, содержащих полипептиды, определенные в п.1 в концентрации от 0,05 до 0,5 мг полипептида/литр воды, для иммерсионного воздействия на рыб и ракообразных для стимуляции роста, выживаемости и качества личинок. ! 6. Композиция, включающая любой из полипептидов по п.1 для стимуляции гуморальной врожденной иммунной системы рыб и ракообразных. ! 7. Композиция, которая включает любой из полипептидов, определенных в п.1 для обработки декоративных рыб.
Claims (7)
1. Полипептид, характеризующийся своей полипептидной цепью, состоящей из последовательности аминокислот, содержащейся в последовательностях SEQ ID NO.7 или SEQ ID NO.8.
2. Полипептид по п.1 характеризуется тем, что он получен с помощью Pichia pastoris.
3. Композиция, которая включает любой из полипептидов, определенных в п.1 для стимуляции роста рыб и ракообразных.
4. Применение супернатантов культуры Pichia pastoris, содержащих полипептиды, определенные в п.1, в составе корма для стимуляции роста и/или устойчивости к заболеваниям у рыб и ракообразных в дозе, эквивалентной эффекту 4,8 мг полипептида/кг корма.
5. Применение супернатантов культуры Pichia pastoris, содержащих полипептиды, определенные в п.1 в концентрации от 0,05 до 0,5 мг полипептида/литр воды, для иммерсионного воздействия на рыб и ракообразных для стимуляции роста, выживаемости и качества личинок.
6. Композиция, включающая любой из полипептидов по п.1 для стимуляции гуморальной врожденной иммунной системы рыб и ракообразных.
7. Композиция, которая включает любой из полипептидов, определенных в п.1 для обработки декоративных рыб.
