Abstract
1. Мартенситная азотсодержащая коррозионно-стойкая сталь, содержащая углерод, кремний, марганец, хром, никель, молибден, ванадий и железо, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит азот, ниобий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! Углерод 0,07÷0,12 Азот 0,10÷0,30 Кремний 0,20÷0,50 Марганец 0,70÷1,00 Хром 12÷14 Никель 0,9÷2,5 Молибден 0,4÷0,8 Ниобий 0,04÷0,10 Ванадий 0,05÷0,10 Железо и примеси Остальное! 2. Мартенситная азотсодержащая коррозионно-стойкая сталь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве примесей она содержит фосфор, серу, медь, олово, свинец при следующем их содержании, ! сера не должно превышать 0,010 фосфор не более 0,010 медь не более 0,20 олово не более 0,015 свинец не более 0,002 ! 3. Мартенситная азотсодержащая коррозионно-стойкая сталь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение суммарного содержания ниобия и ванадия к углероду должно быть не менее 1,0 ! (Nb+V)/C≥1,0. ! 4. Мартенситная азотсодержащая коррозионно-стойкая сталь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение содержания хрома к суммарному содержанию никеля и марганца должно быть в пределах 4,0÷8,5 ! Cr/(Ni+Mn)≥4,0÷8,5. 1. Martensitic nitrogen-containing corrosion-resistant steel according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains phosphorus, sulfur, copper, tin, lead as impurities at their next content,! sulfur should not exceed 0.010 phosphorus no more than 0.010 copper no more than 0.20 tin no more than 0.015 lead no more than 0.002! 3. Martensitic nitrogen-containing corrosion-resistant steel according to claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of the total content of niobium and vanadium to carbon must be at least 1.0! (Nb + V) / C≥1.0. ! 4. Martensitic nitrogen-containing corrosion-resistant steel according to claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of the chromium content to the total content of nickel and manganese should be in the range of 4.0 ÷ 8.5! Cr / (Ni + Mn) ≥ 4.0 ÷ 8.5.
