Abstract
1. Высокопрочная литейная немагнитная коррозионно-стойкая сталь, содержащая углерод, кремний, хром, марганец, никель, молибден, азот, ванадий, ниобий, редкоземельный элемент, кальций, бор, железо и неизбежные примеси, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве редкоземельного элемента она содержит иттрий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! углерод ≤0,06 кремний 0,1÷1,0 хром 19,0÷23,0 марганец 14,0÷16,0 никель 6,0÷9,0 молибден 0,5÷1,5 азот 0,45÷0,67 ванадий 0,01÷0,50 ниобий 0,01÷0,30 иттрий 0,001÷0,050 кальций 0,005÷0,010 бор 0,001÷0,01 железо и неизбежные примеси остальное, ! при выполнении следующего условия: ! 1,17·Cr'экв-Ni'экв<11,164, ! где Niэкв - эквивалент, учитывающий аустенизирующее действие легирующих элементов, рассчитываемый по формуле Ni'экв=[Ni]+0,1[Mn]-0,01[Mn]2+18[N]+30[С]+0,5[Cu]+0,5[Со]; ! Crэкв - эквивалент, учитывающий ферритообразующее действие легирующих элементов, рассчитываемый по формуле Cr'экв=[Cr]+1,5[Мо]+0,48[Si]+2,3[V]+1,75[Nb]+1,5[Ti]+0,75[W]+1,75[Ta]; ! [N], [С], [Si], [Mn], [Ni], [Cr], [Mo], [V], [Nb], [W], [Cu], [Co], [Ti], [Та] - концентрация в стали легирующих элементов, мас.%. ! 2. Сталь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один элемент, выбранный из группы: 0,01-0,5 мас.% вольфрама, 0,01-2,0 мас.% меди, 0,01-2,0 мас.% кобальта, 0,001-0,3 мас.% титана, 0,001-0,3 мас.% тантала, 0,01-0,3 мас.% циркония, 0,001-0,02 мас.% селена, причем при суммарном содержании в стали ниобия, ванадия, титана, тантала и циркония их количество не должно превышать 0,35 мас.%. ! 3. Сталь по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет в литом состоянии аустенитную структуру. ! 4. Сталь по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что после гомогенизирующей термической обработки, а также гомогенизирующей термической обработки и старения она имеет 1. CrEq - equivalent taking into account the ferrite-forming action of alloying elements calculated by the formula Cr'eq = [Cr] +1.5 [Mo] +0.48 [Si] +2.3 [V] +1.75 [Nb] +1 5 [Ti] +0.75 [W] +1.75 [Ta]; ! [N], [C], [Si], [Mn], [Ni], [Cr], [Mo], [V], [Nb], [W], [Cu], [Co], [Ti ], [Ta] - concentration in the steel alloying elements, wt.%. ! 2. Steel according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises at least one element selected from the group: 0.01-0.5 wt.% Tungsten, 0.01-2.0 wt.% Copper , 0.01-2.0 wt.% Cobalt, 0.001-0.3 wt.% Titanium, 0.001-0.3 wt.% Tantalum, 0.01-0.3 wt.% Zirconium, 0.001-0.02 wt.% selenium, and with the total content in steel of niobium, vanadium, titanium, tantalum and zirconium, their amount should not exceed 0.35 wt.%. ! 3.
