Abstract
1. Способ производства непрерывно-литых заготовок на машине непрерывного литья (МНЛЗ) криволинейного типа, включающий формирование в кристаллизаторе поверхностного слоя слитка, вытягивание слитка из кристаллизатора, формирование слитка в цилиндрическую спираль и отделение заготовки от слитка, отличающийся тем, что частично закристаллизовавшийся криволинейный слиток в самой низкой точке траектории его движения направляют по кругу с радиусом, равным радиусу МНЛЗ, а затем формируют слиток в цилиндрическую спираль, которая имеет радиус меньше радиуса МНЛЗ, причем слиток формируют в цилиндрическую спираль при температуре, близкой к температуре кристаллизации металла. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что продольную ось цилиндрической спирали устанавливают перпендикулярно плоскости, в которой расположена кривая продольной оси непрерывного слитка. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что продольную ось цилиндрической спирали устанавливают параллельно плоскости, в которой расположена кривая продольной оси непрерывного слитка и устанавливают ее вертикально. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при получении слитков на многоручьевой МНЛЗ направление свивания спиралей в каждой паре ручьев выбирают противоположным. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед порезкой слитка на мерные длины уменьшают его поперечное сечение путем локального обжатия до смыкания закристаллизовавшихся слоев слитка. 1.
