Claims (3)
1. Армированные полиуретанмочевинные эластомеры с содержанием мочевины от 70 до 95 мол.% и содержанием уретана от 5 до 30 мол.% в пересчете на мол. % NCO-эквивалента, получаемые взаимодействием используемой в качестве компонента А реакционной смеси, состоящей из
А1) ароматических диаминов, которые каждый раз, по меньшей мере, в одном ортоположении к аминогруппам содержат алкильный заместитель;
А2) алифатического реакционного компонента, состоящего, по меньшей мере, из одного полиэфирполиола, содержащего гидроксильные и/или первичные аминогруппы, с молекулярной массой от 500 до 18000,
A3) при необходимости, алифатических аминов,
А4) армирующих наполнителей, а также
А5) при необходимости, катализаторов и/или добавок,
А6) по меньшей мере, одной соли металла, выбранной из группы, включающей соединения, которые могут быть получены из
i) лития (Li), магния (Mg), кальция (Са), бария (Ва), цинка (Zn), меди (Cu), железа (Fe), кобальта (Со), никеля (Mi) и
ii) карбоновых кислот с 8-40 атомами углерода, фосфорсодержащих кислот с 8-40 атомами углерода или серосодержащих кислот с 8-40 атомами углерода, с используемым в качестве компонента Б форполимером, полученным из
Б1) полиизоцианатного компонента, состоящего из сжиженного полиизоцианата или смеси полиизоцианатов дифенилметанового ряда, и
Б2) полиольного компонента со средней молекулярной массой от 500 до 18000, состоящего из, по меньшей мере, одного полиэфирполиола, при необходимости, содержащего органический наполнитель,
отличающиеся тем, что компоненты А2) и Б2) обладают функциональностью от 2 до 8 и содержат от 40 до 100 мас.% этиленоксида и от 0 до 60 мас.% алкилоксирана, причем компоненты А и Б взаимодействуют в таком стехиометрическом количественном соотношении, что изоцианатное число полученного эластомера составляет от 80 до 120, а количество введенного с компонентом Б полиольного компонента Б2) составляет от 10 до 90 мол.% от содержания уретана.
2. Полиуретановые формованные изделия/фасонные детали из армированных полиуретанмочевинных эластомеров по п.1.
3. Применение формованных изделий/фасонных деталей по п.2 для изготовления лакированных конструктивных элементов в автомобильной промышленности.
