Claims (16)
1. Кислая и буферная композиция, содержащая
a) от 0,1 до 4% от массы композиции никотинамида; и
b) от 5 до 20% от массы композиции абсорбирующего агента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из диоксида титана, диоксида титана, обработанного силиконовым производным или жирными кислотами, оксида цинка, обработанного силиконовым производным или жирными кислотами, или их смеси.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит от 5 до 15% от массы композиции упомянутого абсорбирующего агента.
3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что абсорбирующим агентом является диоксид титана.
4. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит от 0,3 до 2,5% от массы композиции никотинамида.
5. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция имеет значение рН в диапазоне от 4 до 7.
6. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция также содержит физиологические кожные липиды, другие витамины, противозудный агент и/или увлажняющие агенты.
7. Композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве других витаминов она содержит декспантенол и витамин Е.
8. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция является эмульсией типа «масло в воде».
9. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция свободна от консерванта и этанола.
10. Композиция по любому из пп.1-9, имеющая буферную емкость, отличающаяся тем, что если 10 г композиции развести в 100 мл воды, и 50 мл этого раствора оттитровать водным раствором 0,1М аммиака, то более чем 3 мл раствора аммиака потребуется для достижения рН 8.
11. Композиция по одному любому из пп.1-9 для использования в качестве лекарственного средства.
12. Композиция по п.10 для использования в качестве лекарственного средства.
13. Композиция по п.11 для использования в качестве лекарственного средства для лечения и/или предотвращения пеленочного дерматита.
14. Композиция по п.12 для использования в качестве лекарственного средства для лечения и/или предотвращения пеленочного дерматита.
15. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-10 в качестве антиуреазного агента.
16. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-10 для производства лекарственного средства для лечения и/или предотвращения пеленочного дерматита.
