Claims (10)
1. Способ очистки газов, полученных из установки газификации, где топливо газифицируют с получением неочищенного синтез-газа, содержащего монооксид углерода и пар, в присутствии содержащего кальций соединения и пара, галогенсодержащие соединения удаляются из неочищенного синтез-газа, который направляют на стадию конверсии водяного газа, заключающуюся в каталитической конверсии монооксида углерода и пара, содержащихся в неочищенном синтез-газе, в диоксид углерода и водород, полученный таким образом конвертированный газ контактирует с твердым сорбентом серы, с последующим удалением очищенного конвертированного газа из твердого сорбента серы и регенерацией твердого сорбента серы, отличающийся тем, что регенерация твердого сорбента серы проводится путем пропускания потока пара через твердый сорбент серы в направлении, противоположном направлению потока конвертированного газа, при условиях, при которых образуется поток содержащего сероводород пара, и полученный таким образом поток содержащего сероводород пара направляется непосредственно на стадию газификации.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве содержащего кальций соединения используют доломит или кальцит.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что до удаления галогенов из неочищенного синтез-газа удаляют пыль и мелкодисперсную золу.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию конверсии водяного газа проводят в присутствии катализатора, включающего молибден на носителе, при необходимости содержащего кобальт или никель.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что твердый сорбент серы включает оксиды олова на носителе или многослойные сорбенты на носителе.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что многослойный сорбент включает первый слой сорбента на основе оксида олова, конечный слой металла и по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что конечный слой представляет собой медь или никель на носителе и последний промежуточный слой, находящийся перед конечным слоем, представляет собой слой оксида цинка.
8. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что носитель выбран из группы, включающей глины, силикаты, оксид алюминия и диоксид титана.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газификация проводится в реакторе с газификацией в потоке.
10. Способ по п.1 или 9, отличающийся тем, что давление потока содержащего сероводород пара из твердого сорбента серы эквивалентно давлению в реакторе газификации.
