Claims (6)
1. Литая деталь с повышенной износостойкостью, структурно усиленная с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного компонента, выбранного из группы карбидов металлов, нитридов металлов, боридов, оксидов металлов и интерметаллических соединений, отличающаяся тем, что указанные компоненты получены посредством реакции на месте из исходных материалов, действующих как реагенты для указанных компонентов, причем указанные реагенты перед литьем помещают в форму (1) для отливки в виде вставок (3) предварительно заданной формы из уплотненных порошков, или в виде пасты (4), реакцию в указанных порошках запускают на месте посредством заливки металла, в результате протекания указанной реакции на месте получают пористый конгломерат, указанный заливаемый в форму металл пропитывает указанный пористый конгломерат, в результате чего достигают включения указанного конгломерата в структуру металла, используемого для отливки, таким образом, получая структурно усиленную литую деталь (2) повышенной износостойкости.
3. Способ изготовления деталей, работающих на износ, структурно усиленных с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного компонента, выбранного из группы карбидов металлов, нитридов металлов, боридов, оксидов металлов и интерметаллических соединений, отличающийся тем, что указанные компоненты получают посредством реакции на месте из исходных материалов, действующих как реагенты для указанных компонентов, причем указанные реагенты перед литьем помещают в форму (1) для отливки в виде вставок (3) предварительно заданной формы из уплотненных порошков, или в виде пасты (4), реакцию в указанных порошках запускают на месте посредством заливки металла, в результате протекания указанной реакции на месте получают пористый конгломерат, указанный заливаемый в форму металл пропитывает указанный пористый конгломерат, в результате чего достигают включения указанного конгломерата в структуру металла, используемого для отливки, таким образом, получая структурно усиленную литую деталь (2) повышенной износостойкости, указанную реакцию на месте между исходными материалами, ведущую к образованию указанных компонентов, запускают и поддерживают за счет тепла расплавленного металла.
4. Способ изготовления деталей, работающих на износ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в результате реакции между исходными материалами получают очень пористый конгломерат, способный к пропитыванию заливаемым металлом без изменения усиливающей структуры.
5. Способ изготовления деталей, работающих на износ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что реакцию между исходными материалами осуществляют при атмосферном давлении без необходимости уплотнения конечного продукта после завершения реакции.
6. Способ, изготовления деталей, работающих на износ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что реакция между исходными материалами не требует создания специальной защитной атмосферы.
