Claims (38)
1. Фармацевтическая вагинальная композиция, которая содержит источник перекиси и биоадгезивную лекарственную форму с длительным высвобождением, где композиция составлена таким образом, что при ее местном введении пациентке перекись высвобождается в течение, по меньшей мере, 12 ч в количестве, достаточном для повышения концентрации кислорода во влагалище и терапевтического снижения рН влагалища, без либо стерилизации влагалища или без значительной гибели нормальной желательной местной микрофлоры влагалища.
2. Композиция по п.1, где синергическая смесь высвобождает перекись в течение, по меньшей мере, 24 ч.
3. Композиция по п.2, где указанная лекарственная форма с длительным высвобождением содержит биоадгезивный набухающий в воде, нерастворимый в воде поперечно сшитый поликарбоксильный полимер.
4. Композиция по п.3, где полимер представляет поликарбофил.
5. Композиция по п.2, где источник перекиси находится в количестве примерно от 0,01 до примерно 500 мг.
6. Композиция по п.4, где источник перекиси находится в количестве примерно от 0,1 до примерно 75 мг.
7. Композиция по п.2, где источником перекиси является перекись карбамида.
8. Композиция по п.7, где перекись карбамида находится в количестве примерно от 0,01 до примерно 15% по массе.
9. Композиция по п.8, где полимер представляет поликарбофил.
10. Композиция по п.9, где перекись карбамида находится в количестве примерно от 0,1 до примерно 0,25%.
11. Композиция по п.10 в виде разовой дозированной формы, где композиция составлена для введения в количестве примерно от 1 г до примерно 2 г на дозу.
12. Композиция по п.2, где синергическая смесь высвобождает перекись в течение, по меньшей мере, 48 ч.
13. Композиция по п.3, где синергическая смесь высвобождает перекись в течение, по меньшей мере, 72 ч.
14. Композиция по п.2, где количество перекиси в композиции находится в интервале от 0,0035 до 350 мг.
15. Композиция по п.14, где количество перекиси находится в интервале от 0,01 до 100 мг.
16. Способ лечения или профилактики вагинальной инфекции, включающий введение во влагалище пациентке, при необходимости такого лечения, терапевтически эффективного количества вагинальной композиции по п.1.
17. Способ лечения или профилактики вагинальной инфекции, включающий введение во влагалище пациентке, при необходимости такого лечения, терапевтически эффективного количества вагинальной композиции по п.3.
18. Фармацевтическая вагинальная композиция, которая содержит источник перекиси и биоадгезивную лекарственную форму с длительным высвобождением, где композиция составлена таким образом, что при ее местном введении пациентке перекись высвобождается в количестве менее чем 0,1% по массе в час, и рН влагалища терапевтически снижается без либо стерилизации влагалища или без значительной гибели нормальной желательной местной микрофлоры влагалища.
19. Композиция по п.18, где указанная лекарственная форма с длительным высвобождением включает биоадгезивный набухающий в воде, нерастворимый в воде поперечно сшитый поликарбоксильный полимер.
20. Композиция по п.19, где полимер представляет поликарбофил.
21. Композиция по п.20, где источник перекиси находится в количестве примерно от 0,01 до примерно 500 мг.
22. Композиция по п.21, где источник перекиси находится в количестве примерно от 0,1 до примерно 75 мг.
23. Композиция по п.22 в виде разовой дозированной формы, где композиция составлена для введения в количестве примерно от 1 до примерно 2,5 г на дозу, и количество перекиси в композиции находится в интервале от 0,01 до примерно 100 мг.
24. Композиция по п.23, где количество перекиси находится в интервале от 0,1 до 75 мг.
25. Композиция по п.18, где источником перекиси является перекись карбамида.
26. Композиция по п.25, где перекись карбамида находится в количестве примерно от 0,01 до примерно 15% по массе.
27. Композиция по п.19, где синергическая смесь высвобождает перекись в течение, по меньшей мере, 24 ч.
28. Композиция по п.20, где синергическая смесь высвобождает перекись в течение, по меньшей мере, 48 ч.
29. Способ лечения или профилактики вагинальной инфекции, включающий введение во влагалище пациентке, при необходимости такого лечения, терапевтически эффективного количества вагинальной композиции по п.18.
30. Способ лечения или профилактики вагинальной инфекции, включающий введение во влагалище пациентке, при необходимости такого лечения, терапевтически эффективного количества вагинальной композиции по п.24.
31. Фармацевтическая вагинальная композиция, которая содержит источник перекиси и биоадгезивную лекарственную форму с длительным высвобождением, где композиция включает менее чем 0,1% по массе перекиси и составлена таким образом, что при ее местном введении пациентке концентрация кислорода во влагалище терапевтически увеличивается, и значение рН влагалища терапевтически снижается без либо стерилизации влагалища или без значительной гибели нормальной желательной местной микрофлоры влагалища.
32. Композиция по п.31, где указанная лекарственная форма с длительным высвобождением содержит биоадгезивный набухающий в воде, нерастворимый в воде поперечно сшитый поликарбоксильный полимер.
33. Композиция по п.32, где полимер представляет поликарбофил.
34. Композиция по п.33, где источником перекиси является перекись карбамида.
35. Композиция по п.34, где перекись находится в количестве примерно от 0,034 до примерно 0,085% по массе.
36. Композиция по п.31 в виде дозированной формы, где композиция составлена для введения в количестве примерно от 1 до примерно 2,5 г на разовую дозу.
37. Композиция по п.31, где количество перекиси находится в интервале от 0,01 до 100 мг.
38. Композиция по пп.1, 18 или 31, где источник перекиси и биоадгезивная лекарственная форма с длительным высвобождением находятся в синергически эффективных количествах.
