Способ лечения перелома внутреннего отдела дистального эпиметафиза большеберцовой кости у детей, включающий репозицию и фиксацию костных отломков с помощью компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что в ходе репозиции первоначально создают межотломковый диастаз, сохраняя последний, последовательно устраняют имеющиеся ротационное и линейные смещения, а затем приводят отломки в положение контакта с сопоставлением по линии ростковой зоны.1.
