Способ удлинения сегментов конечностей, включающий нарушение целостности костей, дозированную тракцию выделенных фрагментов до восстановления необходимой длины сегмента, стабильную фиксацию до перестройки участков регенерата в зрелую костную ткань в сочетании с проведением в ходе лечения курсов гипербарической оксигенации, медикаментозной терапии и акупрессуры, отличающийся тем, что на начальном этапе тракции фрагментов больному назначают параллельно выполняемые сеансы гипербарической оксигенации и акупрессуры, на среднем этапе проводят курс медикаментозной терапии, на завершающем этапе последний дополняют курсом гипербарической оксигенации, а на этапе фиксации проводят последовательно сменяющие друг друга курсы медикаментозной терапии, акупрессуры и гипербарической оксигенации.1.
