Способ лечебной кератопластики, включающий сквозную трепанацию роговицы донора и реципиента с последующим перенесением трансплантата на глаз реципиента и фиксированием нерассасывающимися швами, отличающийся тем, что предварительно в переднюю камеру через парацентез вводят вискоэластичный материал до полного ее заполнения и нормализации внутриглазного давления, а трепанацию роговицы реципиента осуществляют до полного пресечения роговицы и начального момента истечения вискоэластика через трепанационный разрез.1.
