Claims (14)
1. Способ проведения твердо-жидкостной реакции, включающий
получение реакционной суспензии, в которой первый реагент находится в суспендированной форме, а второй реагент находится в растворенной форме в суспензионной среде, причем один из продуктов реакции является нерастворимым в суспензионной среде,
прохождение реакционной суспензии через удлиненную реакционную зону, таким образом, что число Рейнольдса потока составляет меньше чем 20000, и
отделение образовавшегося нерастворимого продукта реакции.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что число Рейнольдса потока составляет меньше чем 10000.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что продольная ось реакционной зоны является вертикальной.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что реакционную суспензию, получают путем смешивания суспензии первого реагента в суспензионной среде с жидким или растворенным вторым реагентом.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что время нахождения реакционной суспензии в реакционной зоне, по крайней мере, в 10 раз превышает время смешивания.
6. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что второй реагент дозируют в поток суспензии первого реагента.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что скорость потока суспензии уменьшают после того, как в него был добавлен второй реагент.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакционную, суспензию разделяют на множество подпотоков и подпотоки пропускают через параллельные трубки.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что используемые параллельные трубки находятся в теплопередающей среде.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нерастворимый продукт реакции отделяют путем фильтрования.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый реагент выбирают из солей органических и кислородсодержащих неорганических кислот и алкоголятов, а второй реагент выбирают из галогенангидридов неорганических и органических кислот и алкилгалогенидов.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что суспензионную среду выбирают из углеводородов, галогенированных углеводородов, эфиров, кетонов и сложных эфиров.
13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что суспензионную среду выбирают из 1,2-дихлорэтана, 1,2-дихлорпропана и их смесей.
14. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что первый реагент представляет собой соль щелочного металла или аммонийную соль бензойной кислоты и второй реагент представляет собой фосфор(III)хлорид.
