Claims (5)

1. Коленный протез, состоящий из бедренного компонента (1), большеберцового компонента (3) и соединяющей их промежуточной детали (10, 10’), которая образует с бедренным компонентом (1) сгибательную опору (11), а с большеберцовым компонентом (3) – вращательную опору (14, 15), выполненную при необходимости с возможностью блокировки относительно большеберцового компонента (3), отличающийся тем, что промежуточная деталь (10’) выборочно снабжена выступом (25), входящим в зацепление в подходящую выемку (25) большеберцового компонента.
2. Протез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрены выборочно вставляемые промежуточные детали (10, 10’) с выступом (25) или без него, причем выступ прочно соединен с одной из промежуточных деталей (10’).
3. Протез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что промежуточная деталь снабжена соединительным устройством для выборочного соединения с выступом (25).
4. Протез по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что большеберцовый компонент (3) содержит опорную пластину (7), по меньшей мере, с одним углублением (25) для размещения верхней суставной поверхности (6) большеберцового компонента или ее частей, а выступ (25) выполнен для взаимодействия с этим углублением (21).
5. Протез по п.4, отличающийся тем, что выступ (25) образован подходящей к углублению (21) пластиной, которая сама по себе и/или с ограничениями углубления (21) образует выемки (26) для размещения деталей (20’) верхней суставной поверхности (6’) большеберцового компонента.
