Способ контроля качества электродных блоков аккумуляторов в процессе их сборки на автоматических линиях, который состоит в подаче фиксированного напряжения на полюсные выводы блока электродов от внешнего источника тока и в дальнейшем измерении тока, отличающийся тем, что тестирование блока электродов проводят в несколько последовательных циклов, причем на первом цикле измеряют и регистрируют проводимость блока электродов при напряжении 5-30 В в течение 0,005-0,3 с, на втором цикле - его проводимость при напряжении 300-600 В в течение 0,005-0,3 с, на третьем цикле - проводимость при напряжении 1000-1700 В в течение 0,005-0,1 с и на четвертом цикле - проводимость при напряжении 2000-4000 В в течение 0,002-0,005 с.1.
