Claims (10)
1. Электрохимический элемент для использования при взятии пробы биологической жидкости и исследовании содержащегося в ней анализируемого вещества, содержащий первый электрод, и второй электрод, расположенный концентрично внутри первого электрода и отнесенный от него, и содержащий дальний конец, конфигурированный для прокалывания поверхности кожи.
2. Электрохимический элемент по п.1, в котором первый электрод имеет непрерывную конфигурацию стенки, имеющую открытый дальний конец и дальнюю кромку.
3. Электрохимический элемент по п.2, в котором непрерывная стенка имеет цилиндрическую конфигурацию, и дальняя кромка образует входящую в контакт с кожей поверхность.
4. Электрохимический элемент по п.1, в котором второй электрод имеет удлиненную конфигурацию, имеющую отрезок, соосный с первым электродом.
5. Электрохимический элемент по п.1, дополнительно содержащий изолятор, расположенный по меньшей мере в части пространства между первым и вторым электродами.
6. Электрохимический элемент по п.2, в котором пространство между электродами имеет толщину, достаточную для приложения силы поверхностного натяжения к жидкости, присутствующей у открытого дальнего конца первого электрода.
7. Устройство для взятия пробы биологической жидкости и исследования заданной составляющей в биологической жидкости, содержащее внутренний электрод, имеющий ближний конец, дальний конец и отрезок длины между ними, наружный электрод, имеющий цилиндрическую конфигурацию, содержащую ближний конец, открытый дальний конец, и полость, соосно отнесенную от внутреннего электрода, изолирующий материал, соосно помещенный между частями ближних концов внутреннего и наружного электродов, и прокалывающий кожу элемент, отступающий от дальнего конца внутреннего электрода.
8. Система для взятия проб биологической жидкости из кожи пациента и исследования заданной составляющей в биологической жидкости, содержащая электрохимический элемент, содержащий первый электрод и второй электрод, отнесенные друг от друга, в котором первый электрод расположен концентрично вокруг второго электрода, и второй электрод содержит дальний конец, конфигурированный для прокалывания поверхности кожи, и блок управления, имеющий электрическое соединение с электрохимическим элементом, содержащий средство для подачи электрического опорного сигнала в первый электрод и для приема электрического выходного сигнала от второго электрода, и программно-реализованный алгоритм, который автоматически вычисляет и определяет концентрацию заданной составляющей в биологической пробе при приеме электрического выходного сигнала.
9. Система по п.8, содержащая комплект электрохимических элементов.
10. Способ исследования биологической жидкости, содержащейся в коже пациента, и определения концентрации, содержащейся в ней заданной составляющей, заключающийся в том, что изготавливают электрохимический элемент, содержащий концентрично отнесенные друг от друга внутренний и наружный электроды, причем внутренний электрод содержит колющий элемент, вводят колющий элемент в кожу на избранную глубину, на которой биологическая жидкость выходит из кожи, перемещают пробу биологической жидкости в электрохимический элемент, подают первый электрический сигнал в электрохимический элемент, и осуществляют прием второго электрического сигнала, генерированного электрохимическим элементом, причем второй электрический сигнал представляет концентрацию составляющей в пробе.
