Claims (1)

Способ химико-термической обработки изделий из стали и сплавов в плазме тлеющего разряда, включающий очистку изделий в режиме катодного распыления, нагрев в тлеющем разряде до температуры насыщения и выдержку при этой температуре в рабочей среде, отличающийся тем, что на стадии очистки изделий в режиме катодного распыления длительность импульса отрицательного напряжения, прикладываемого к обрабатываемым изделиям, дискретно и последовательно увеличивают в две стадии при неизменной частоте следования импульсов, причем на первой стадии длительность импульса составляет 18-20 мкс до достижения температуры обрабатываемых изделий 45-50°С, на второй стадии - 38-40 мкс до достижения температуры обрабатываемых изделий 140-150°С, а в процессе нагрева в тлеющем разряде до температуры насыщения длительность импульса составляет 75-80 мкс, которую поддерживают на этом уровне в течение всего процесса насыщения.A method of chemical-thermal treatment of steel and alloy products in a glow discharge plasma, including cleaning the products in the cathode spraying mode, heating in the glow discharge to a saturation temperature and holding at this temperature in the working medium, characterized in that at the stage of cleaning the products in the cathode mode sputtering, the pulse duration of the negative voltage applied to the workpiece is discretely and sequentially increased in two stages at a constant pulse repetition rate, and in the first stage the pulse duration is 18-20 μs until the temperature of the processed products reaches 45-50 ° C, in the second stage 38-40 μs until the temperature of the processed products is 140-150 ° C, and during heating in a glow discharge to saturation temperature, the pulse duration is 75-80 μs, which is maintained at this level throughout the saturation process.
