Способ лечения сколиоза, включающий фиксацию позвоночного столба с помощью компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, нарушение целостности ребер на стороне выпуклости деформации, дозированное восстановление оси позвоночника с последующей стабильной фиксацией до консолидации ребер, отличающийся тем, что отслаивают надкостницу при нарушении целостности ребер, резецируют их деформированные участки, выделенные фрагменты измельчают, полученную костную крошку укладывают в сохраненное надкостничное ложе ребер и ушивают надкостницу, после чего производят дозированное восстановление оси позвоночного столба.1.
