1. Способ лечения хронических воспалительных заболеваний, включающий проведение иммуномодулирующей и антибактериальной терапии, отличающийся тем, что в качестве иммуномодулятора используют деринат, который вводят совместно с антибактериальным препаратом в лекарственной смеси внутримышечно, непосредственно после этого в организм больного внутривенно капельно вводят последовательно сначала лекарственную смесь в составе препарата, улучшающего микроциркуляцию и антиоксиданта в физиологическом растворе, а затем осуществляют трансфузию аутокрови в объеме 200 мл, предварительно оксигенированной и обработанной ультрафиолетовым облучением, при этом проводимую терапию сочетают с одним из дополнительных путей введения дерината: ректальным, вагинальным, назальным, в виде компрессов, процедуру проводят один раз в сутки ежедневно в течение 3-10 дней на курс лечения.1.
