Claims (15)
1. Способ получения производного полисахарида со свойствами суперабсорбента, включающий стадии: (a) сшивание, по меньшей мере, одного полисахарида, содержащего кислотные группы, сшивающим агентом для получения геля; (b) установление величины рН полисахарида в диапазон от 3,5 до 5,5; (c) измельчение подкисленного геля полисахарида; и (d) высушивание измельченного полисахарида при повышенной температуре.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором полисахарид, содержащий кислотные группы, включает карбоксиметилцеллюлозу, дополнительно включает стадию контактирования сшитого полисахарида с органическим растворителем, который, по меньшей мере, частично может быть смешан с водой, между стадией (b) и стадией (с).
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутым органическим растворителем является низший спирт, смешиваемый с водой кетон или смешиваемый с водой простой эфир, в особенности метанол или этанол.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором полисахаридом, содержащим кислотные группы, является карбоксиметиловый полисахарид, дополнительно содержащий карбоксильные группы, получаемые в результате окисления гидроксиметильных и гидроксиметиленовых групп сахарида, или группы фосфоновой или сульфоновой кислоты.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором полисахарид, содержащий кислотные группы, включает 6-карбоксиполисахарид, в особенности 6-карбоксикрахмал, возможно смешанный с карбоксиалкилированным полисахаридом.
6. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-5, в котором полисахарид, содержащий кислотные группы, содержит 0,3 - 3,0 карбоксильные группы на одно звено моносахарида.
7. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-6, в котором упомянутым сшивающим агентом является бисэпоксисоединение, а полисахарид перед стадией (а) подкисляют.
8. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-7, в котором упомянутую стадию сшивания проводят при температуре, по меньшей мере, равной 100oС, предпочтительно, между 120 и 180oС и/или при концентрации полисахарида 25 - 75 мас. %.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором в ходе упомянутой стадии сшивания используют пластификатор, такой, как глицерин.
10. Способ по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором упомянутую стадию сушки (d) проводят с использованием псевдоожиженного слоя при температуре 50 - 130oС.
11. Способ по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором за упомянутой стадией сушки (d) следует тепловая обработка при температуре 80 - 150oС.
12. Способ по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором после стадии (с) или после стадии (d) проводят дополнительную стадию поверхностного сшивания.
13. Производное полисахарида со свойствами суперабсорбента, получаемое по способу по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов, и имеющее величину рН ниже 5.
14. Полисахарид со свойствами суперабсорбента по п. 13, также содержащий кислоту, выбираемую из органических двухосновных карбоновых или поликарбоновых кислот, гидроксикарбоновых кислот и бензойных кислот.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее полисахарид со свойствами суперабсорбента по п. 13 или 14.
