Способ выделения белковой фракции, обогащенной ангиогенином, из молочного сырья, включающий сорбцию белков и элюирование белковой фракции с оптической плотностью более 0,1 при длине волны 280 нм, отличающийся тем, что в качестве молочного сырья используют молочный ультрафильтрат и в качестве сорбента - сефадекс G-75, предварительно осуществляют осаждение ультрафильтрата насыщенным раствором сульфата аммония, с последующим центрифугированием и двойным диализом против воды и против натрий-фосфатного буфера.1.
