Способ лечения лимфогранулематоза посредством химио- и/или лучевой терапии, причем лучевую терапию осуществляют ускоренным мультифракционированием двумя фракциями в день на средостение, отличающийся тем, что мультифракционирование проводят с интервалом между фракциями 4 ч, разовой очаговой дозой на средостение 1,2 Гр до суммарной очаговой дозы 30-36 Гр.A method of treating lymphogranulomatosis through chemo- and / or radiation therapy, wherein radiation therapy is carried out by accelerated multifraction of two fractions per day on the mediastinum, characterized in that multifractionation is carried out with an interval between fractions of 4 hours, a single focal dose to the mediastinum of 1.2 Gy to the total focal doses of 30-36 Gy.
