Abstract
The invention relates to the feeding of farm animals, namely lactating cows in the stall period. The purpose of the invention is to increase the milk production of cows during the stall period. The cows are fed a mixture consisting of (% by nutrition): wheat straw 10.2-10.8; beet feed 12.2-13.1; lilasses 3.9-4.7; compound feed 30.5-32.0; silo 40-42.6 and celloviridine GZh. The last component is taken in an amount of 0.043-0.051% by dry matter of a diet that has an energy deficit. In this case, the milk production of cows is increased by 6.0-6.8% and milk production in terms of basic fat content is increased by 10.3-10.7%, and feed costs per 1 kg of milk are reduced; 16% feed units, 20% digestible protein. 2 tab.

The invention relates to the feeding of farm animals, namely lactating cows in the stall period.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the milk production of cows during the stall period while reducing the overall nutritional value of the feed by 10-12% against the norm.
Example. Cows of black-motley breed were fed a diet containing wheat straw, fodder beets, molasses, compound feed and corn silage in the ratios indicated in Chabl. 1. To the cows of groups 2, 3 and 4, in addition to the indicated and ngridients, the enzyme preparation celloviridin GZx was introduced into the feed in the amount of 0.043.0.048 and 0.051%, respectively, on the basis of the dry matter of the diet.
The enzyme preparation was mixed with feed ingredients and the mixture was fed 3 times a day.
2.The results of the experiment are presented in table. 2.
The introduction into the diet with a lowered energy level of 5-11.8% of the enzyme preparation celloviridin GZh provided an increase in the milk productivity of cows by 6.0-6.8%. fat content of milk and milk production in terms of basic fat content of ne 10.3-10.7%. At the same time, the cost of feed for milk production decreased by 16% for feed units and 20% for digestible protein.
For a 3-month period, the use of the proposed method allows to obtain an additional 43 kg of milk from one cow while saving 90 kg of feed
