Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un compresor centrifugal, cu multiplicator încorporat, alcătuit dintr-un cuplaj de antrenare a ansamblului, un multiplicator cu roată centrală, cu corp de transmitere a rotaţiei prin cuplaje, subansambluri carcase ansambluri rotorice şi ansambluri rotorice, toate fixate pe un batiu comun, astfel încât subansamblurile rotorice (F), în număr de două sau mai multe, sunt antrenate prin intermediul multiplicatorului cu roată centrală (B), de nişte pinioane (1) ce transmit mişcarea de rotaţie ansamblurilor rotorice (F) cu nişte cuplaje (2) dublu dinţate sau cu caneluri, separarea fluxului de gaze comprimat, ce poate fi exploziv, fiind făcută de nişte lagăre (3) ale ansamblurilor rotorice şi de nişte lagăre ale pinioanelor (4), prin intermediul unor carcase demontabile (5), la care se asigură vizibilitate şi accesibilitate prin corpul de transmitere a rotaţiei prin cuplaje (C), posibilitatea de demontare rapidă, în timpul unei opriri, fiind asigurată de un capac portlagăr (7), care permite operaţiunea de demontare prin existenţa unor orificii (b) caracterizate de un diametru (c) mai mare ca un diametru (e) al cuplajului (2) şi, de asemenea, asigurată de nişte capace demontabile (8), creându-se astfel un subansamblu unic demontabil (G), format din pinion (1) şi cuplaj (2).
