Abstract
Kocioł wieżowy wyposażony jest w główny przegrzewacz międzystopniowy i pomocniczy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy. Kocioł posiada niskotemperaturowy przegrzewacz pary i wysokotemperaturowy przegrzewacz pary, zaś proces wykorzystywany w głównym systemie parowym obejmuje następujące etapy: woda zasilająca wprowadzana jest do przedniego przepływowego podgrzewacza wody i tylnego przepływowego podgrzewacza wody (10), które rozmieszczone są równolegle względem siebie, woda pochodząca z wylotów przepływowych podgrzewaczy wody wprowadzana jest do chłodzonych wodą ścian (1) od strony dolnej części paleniska; wyloty chłodzonych wodą ścian połączone są z oddzielaczem (19), zaś para pochodząca z wylotu oddzielacza wprowadzana jest kolejno do niskotemperaturowego przegrzewacza pary i wysokotemperaturowego przegrzewacza pary (31).Patrząc w kierunku przepływu pary z obszaru o niskiej temperaturze do obszaru o wysokiej temperaturze, główny przegrzewacz międzystopniowy zawiera kolejno główny niskotemperaturowy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy (11) i główny wysokotemperaturowy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy, zaś pomocniczy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy zawiera kolejno pomocniczy niskotemperaturowy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy (12) i pomocniczy wysokotemperaturowy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy, gdzie główny przegrzewacz międzystopniowy i pomocniczy przegrzewacz międzystopniowy umieszczone są równolegle względem siebie w pionowym kanale spalinowym. The tower boiler is equipped with a main intercooler and an auxiliary intercooler.
