Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym kolorowym ukladzie graficznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie opakowan dla chleba, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolory- stycznego poszczególnych elementów. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane z folii w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopa- dloscianu posiada rozmieszczone nadruki tworzace kompozycje graficzna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie pierwszej jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku Fig. 1, na którym przedstawiono wzór ukladu graficznego opakowania w wersji rozlozonej. Na Fig. 2 przedstawiono wzór w odmianie drugiej. Kolorem bialym oznaczono czesci przezroczyste - bez nadruków. Opakowanie w wersji rozlozonej od góry oraz od dolu posiada granatowo-bialo-czerwone pa- smo z umieszczonymi na nim bialymi gwiazdami o granatowej obwódce. Ponizej górnego, kolejno umieszczono równolegle trzy czworoboki zblizone do prostokata, o granatowych obwódkach, srodko- wy wiekszy - o dodatkowej czerwonej obwódce i wpisana w umieszczonym prostopadle do niego mniejsza figure z gwiazda o charakterystycznej dla wzoru kolorystyce, napisem „us tost". Tlo dla tych trzech równoleglych czworoboków stanowi pasmo w kolorystyce granatowo-bialo-czerwonej z umiesz- czonymi na nim bialymi gwiazdami. Ponizej umieszczono duzy czerwony prostokat o granatowym wykonczeniu, w srodku którego w bialym czworokacie (zblizonym do kwadratu) o granatowej obwód- ce, wpisano mniejsza figure z gwiazda o charakterystycznej dla wzoru kolorystyce. Nastepnie umiesz- czono na analogicznym jak wyzej pasmie kompozycje trzech figur z gwiazda, przy czym srodkowa jest wieksza, boczne sa mniejsze. Wzór w odmianie drugiej o cechach analogicznych jak odmiana pierw- sza, z tym ze w kompozycji kolor czerwony zastapiono kolorem zielonym, a napis US tost uzupelniono dodatkiem „z ziarnami". Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter po- stac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym tj. miedzy innymi w fantazyjnie skomponowanych kolorowych nadrukach w charakterystycznej dla wzoru kolorystyce tj. bieli, grana- cie, gwiazdkach, a takze w centralnie wyeksponowanym prostokacie oraz usytuowaniu poszczegól- nych elementów w ukladzie prostopadle - równoleglym.PL 20600 3 Ilustracja wzoru Fig. 1PL 20600 4 Fig. 2 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is packaging designed to contain bread. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the product, which is manifested in an original colour graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design, in comparison to a number of existing bread packagings, is characterised by an individual character of the graphic layout and colour of individual elements. The packaging according to the industrial design, made of foil in a shape similar to a cuboid, has arranged prints creating a graphic composition. The subject of the industrial design in the first version is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, which presents the design of the graphic layout of the packaging in the unfolded version. Fig. 2 presents the design in the second version. Transparent parts - without prints - are marked in white. The packaging, when unfolded from the top and bottom, has a navy blue, white and red stripe with white stars with a navy blue border placed on it. Below the upper one, three parallel quadrangles similar to a rectangle, with navy blue borders, the larger middle one - with an additional red border and a smaller figure with a star inscribed in the color scheme characteristic of the pattern, with the inscription "us tost" placed perpendicularly to it. The background for these three parallel quadrangles is a strip in navy blue-white-red with white stars placed on it. Below is a large red rectangle with navy blue trim, in the center of which in a white quadrangle (similar to a square) with a navy blue border, a smaller figure with a star inscribed in the color scheme characteristic of the pattern is placed. Then, on a strip similar to the one above, a composition of three figures with a star is placed, with the middle one being larger and the side ones smaller. The pattern in the second variety has features analogous to the first variety, except that the color red in the composition replaced with green, and the inscription US tost was supplemented with the addition of "with grains". The essential features of the industrial design are the new and individually characterful form of the product, which is reflected in the original graphic layout, i.e., among others, in the fancifully composed coloured prints in the colours characteristic of the design, i.e. white, navy blue, stars, as well as in the centrally exposed rectangle and the positioning of individual elements in a perpendicular-parallel arrangement.PL 20600 3 Illustration of the design Fig. 1PL 20600 4 Fig. 2 Department of Publishing UPRP PL PL PL PL PL
