Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno - kolorystyczny. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product with an individual character, given to it by an original graphic and colour scheme. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached illustrations. The label presented in Fig. 1 also contains the inscription "Activ" arranged vertically; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a steel-blue background. The label presented in Fig. 2 also contains the inscription "Multivitamin" arranged vertically; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on an orange background. The label presented in Fig. 3 also contains the inscription "Calcium" arranged vertically; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a green background. The label presented in Fig. 4 also contains the inscription "Magnesium" arranged vertically; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a blue background. The label shown in Fig. 5 also contains the inscription "Vitamin C" arranged vertically; the composition and inscriptions are arranged on a yellow background. Below, a white spherical shape resembling a tablet effervescent due to smaller circles of different sizes within the shape, as well as below the vita muss logo on the left.
