Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pióro zadaszenia konstrukcji ogrodowej zwłaszcza pergoli, tarasów, domków ogrodowych czy carportów. Pióro (1) zadaszenia konstrukcji ogrodowej w przekroju poprzecznym w części środkowej (2) ma kształt sinusoidalny, który przechodzi w ściany boczne (3) równoległe do siebie, zaś wychodzące ze ścian bocznych (3) końce (4) odchodzą na bok w tym samym kierunku. W górnej (2a) części środkowej (2) sinusoidy znajduje się kanał śrubowy (5) służący jako oś obrotu (5a), oraz gniazdo śrubowe (6) do mocowania wodzika. Kanał śrubowy (5) oś obrotu dzieli pióro na część wypukłą grzbietową (7) oraz część dolną wklęsłą rynnową (8). Wysokość od osi obrotu (5a) do dna części dolnej wklęsłej rynnowej (8) stanowi od 40% - 50% całej wysokości pióra (1).The subject of the application is a tongue for roofing a garden structure, especially pergolas, terraces, garden houses or carports. The tongue (1) of the roofing of a garden structure in the cross-section in the central part (2) has a sinusoidal shape, which passes into the side walls (3) parallel to each other, while the ends (4) coming out of the side walls (3) extend to the side in the same direction. In the upper (2a) of the central part (2) of the sinusoid there is a screw channel (5) serving as the axis of rotation (5a), and a screw socket (6) for mounting the guide. The screw channel (5) the axis of rotation divides the tongue into a convex dorsal part (7) and a concave lower gutter part (8). The height from the axis of rotation (5a) to the bottom of the lower concave gutter part (8) is from 40% - 50% of the entire height of the tongue (1).
