Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zadaszenie konstrukcji ogrodowej zwłaszcza pergoli, tarasów, domków ogrodowych czy carportów. Zadaszenie konstrukcji ogrodowej składa się z połączonych ze sobą, poprzez słupy nośne (1), w kwadrat lub prostokąt belkorynien (2), do których mocowane są w stałej odległości od siebie pióra (3) tworzące zadaszenie. Belkorynna jest to kształtownik aluminiowy (2) z kanałami śrubowymi, składający się belki nośnej, do której po boku u dołu przylega integrowana rynna z wytworzonym kanałem ledowym. Kanał ledowy od zewnątrz zaślepiony jest zaślepką przepuszczającą światło. U góry belki nośnej między zewnętrzną ścianą belkorynny (2), a ścianą wspornika piór wytworzony jest kanał siłownika oraz kanał na przewody. Belka nośna jest to komora sucha belkorynny (2), o przekroju prostokąta. W górnej części ściana wspornika piór posiada równo oddalone od siebie wybrania (10), w których umieszczone są kształtki. Zadaszenie konstrukcji ogrodowej charakteryzuje się tym, że kształtka składa się z trzech części, w których część środkowa odpowiada powierzchni wybrania (10), a części boczne kształtki wychodzą poza powierzchnię wybrania (10). Kształtka w przekroju wzdłużnym ma kształt litery „A”. Kształtka posiada otwór, przez który element mocujący mocowany jest do pióra (3) w jego osi obrotu.The subject of the application is the roofing of a garden structure, especially pergolas, terraces, garden houses or carports. The roofing of a garden structure consists of beam gutters (2) connected together by supporting posts (1) in a square or rectangle, to which the feathers (3) forming the roof are attached at a constant distance from each other. The beam gutter is an aluminum profile (2) with screw channels, consisting of a supporting beam, to which an integrated gutter with a created LED channel adheres on the side at the bottom. The LED channel is plugged from the outside with a light-transmitting cap. At the top of the supporting beam, between the external wall of the beam gutter (2) and the wall of the support of the feathers, an actuator channel and a channel for cables are created. The supporting beam is a dry chamber of the beam gutter (2), with a rectangular cross-section. In the upper part, the wall of the support of the feathers has equally spaced recesses (10), in which the shapes are placed. The roofing of the garden structure is characterized by the fact that the shape consists of three parts, in which the central part corresponds to the surface of the recess (10), and the side parts of the shape extend beyond the surface of the recess (10). The shape in the longitudinal cross-section has the shape of the letter "A". The shape has an opening through which the fastening element is fastened to the tongue (3) in its axis of rotation.
