Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfume- ryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki od strony dna, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma postac wielosclanu, którego dno i wierzch maja postac podluznej plaskiej figury zblizonej ksztaltem do prostokata, o lekko lukowatych bokach i wezszego z jednej strony. Dluzsze boki tej figury sa symetry- czne wzgledem jej osi wzdluznej, zas dlugosc dwóch pozostalych boków rózni sie od siebie. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki zaopatrzona jest w wylewowa szyjke usytuo- wana na osi wzdluznej wierzchu butelki, blizej szerszego jej boku. Ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej w widoku z przodu i w widoku z boku jest zblizony do prostokata. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a view of the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 3 - a front view of the bottle. Essential features of the industrial design: The reservoir portion of the bottle is in the form of a polygonal shape, the bottom and top of which are in the form of an elongated, flat figure, roughly rectangular in shape, with slightly curved sides and narrower on one side. The longer sides of this figure are symmetrical about its longitudinal axis, while the lengths of the other two sides differ. The reservoir portion of the bottle is equipped with a pouring neck located on the longitudinal axis of the bottle top, closer to its wider side. The shape of the reservoir part in the front and side views is close to a rectangle.
