Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, Fig. 2 - przedstawia widok butelki z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki od strony dna Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki majacej postac symetrycznej smuklej bryly, o grubosci lagodnie malejacej w mia- re oddalania sie od srodka do jej plaskich konców stanowiacych dno i wierzch butelki. W czesci zbiornikowej ksztalt jej przodu i oraz ksztalt jej boków jest zblizony do elipsy scietej przy wspomnianych plaskich koncach , zas ksztalt przekroju poprzecznego butelki oraz ksztalt jej dna i wierzchu sa zblizone do scisnietej elipsy. Przy czym stosunek szerokosci przodu do szerokosci boków mierzonych posrodku wysokosci butelki i do jej wysokosci ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 5:3:8.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a glass bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumery liquids. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the bottle; Fig. 2 - shows a side view of the bottle; Fig. 3 - shows a bottom view of the bottle. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, which is a symmetrical, slender shape, with a thickness that gently decreases as it moves away from the center toward its flat ends, which constitute the bottom and top of the bottle. In the reservoir portion, the shape of its front and sides approximates an ellipse truncated at the aforementioned flat ends, while the shape of the bottle's cross-section and the shape of its bottom and top approximate a compressed ellipse.
