Abstract
The present utility model relates to a process for preparing a frozen milk-based product comprising the steps of mixing and blending the main ingredients, pasteurizing, diluting chitosan with acetic acid, adding chitosan and flavoring to the pasteurized mixture, homogenizing, ageing, over running and churning. Likewise provided is the composition of the frozen milk-based product comprising sugar, skim powder, full cream milk, cream, selected flavoring, and chitosan derived from shrimp.
