Abstract

The present utility model relates to a seaweed tea and its preparation process. A process of producing seaweed (sargassum) tea comprising the steps of: gathering sargassum, washing the gathered sargassum with fresh water, sun drying the washed sargassum, rewashing the sun dried sargassum to remove the excess salt, oven drying the rewashed sargassum, milling the oven dried sargassum, mixing milled sargassum with powdered sweet basil, and packing the mixed milled sargassum and powdered sweet basil in tea bags.
