Abstract
La presente invencion pertenece a los derivados de pirimidina con propiedades inhibidoras de la replicacion del VIH. Incluye nuevos compuestos de pirimidina, composiciones farmaceuticas y medicamentos para el tratamiento y prevencion de las infecciones por el VIH. Tambien incluye la administracion de estos compuestos en sujetos que padecen de la misma o corren el riesgo de contraer la infeccion por VIH. En particular, se trata de un compuesto de formula (I), en donde R1 es H, CN, CN-CH=CH, entre otros; X1, X2 representan un sustituyente de tipo (CH2)n, en donde, n se selecciona independientemente para X1, X2; Y1 se selecciona independientemente y representa sustituyentes del siguiente tipo: (A), (B), (C), entre otros; Rb es -H, ciano, -C1-C6-alquilo sustituido o no sustituido, entre otros; en donde Rb se puede unir a la porcion restante a traves de un enlazador de tipo (CH2)n; n puede tener valores de 1 a 3.
