Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una camara de circulacion de aire caliente con sistema de control de flujo de aire usada en la fabricacion de productos termoplasticos tales como producto monofilamento, tiras de banda de material de plastico, tira de pelicula estrecha, producto multifilamento. Los sistemas convencionales no permiten controlar la temperatura y el flujo de aire en el canal/camara de aire caliente para lograr la uniformidad. Con el aumento de la velocidad de produccion y requisitos de producto rigurosos, se necesita una mejora de la uniformidad de flujo de aire y precision de temperatura en el horno de aire caliente. La invencion da a conocer un aparato (1) dotado de trayectoria de flujo de aire que tiene disposicion de varios ventiladores (7), optimizacion de la ubicacion de calentador (6) y aumento del numero de reguladores (8) de flujo de aire que tienen palancas (9) de control. Las tiras (5) de banda en movimiento entran en el aparato al interior de un canal (4) de aire caliente formado entre la camara (2) superior y la camara (3) inferior. El punto de entrada de tiras en movimiento al interior del canal (4) de aire caliente es la entrada (5A) de tira de banda. Despues de someterse a tratamiento termico, las tiras (5) de banda en movimiento salen del aparato a traves de la salida (5B) de tira de banda.
