Abstract

Aparato que comprende una plataforma flotante, un cilindro conectado al mismo y un piston que tiene un vastago de piston conectado a un amarre en el fondo del mar. Por lo menos un tubo de compuerta esta en conexion de fluido en su extremo inferior con una parte inferior del cilindro, debajo del piston. El tubo de la compuerta que se proporciona a lo largo del cilindro y tiene una abertura en el extremo superior dispuesta de manera que el agua bombeada hacia arriba en por lo menos un tubo de la compuerta golpeara una turbina de agua dispuesta sobre el cilindro. La turbina de agua esta en conexion con un generador. El cilindro tiene una abertura en una parte superior y en la parte inferior del mismo, provista de una valvula de una via que permite que el agua entre en la parte inferior del cilindro mientras que el cilindro se mueve hacia abajo, y cuando la plataforma sube, el agua se rellenara en la seccion superior a traves de la abertura.
