Abstract
Referido a un compuesto de Formula (I), en donde m es 0, 1 o 2; Z es hidrogeno, CH3 o -OR1, en donde R1 se selecciona de hidrogeno, C3-C6alquenilo, haloC1-C4alquilo, -(CH2)nX, entre otros; n es 1, 2, 3 o 4; X se selecciona de hidrogeno, -CH3, -CF3, C1-C4alcoxi, -N(CH3)2, entre otros; A se selecciona de -CH2O-, -OCH2-, -(CH2)2-, entre otros; y R2 se selecciona de (II) y (III). Estos compuestos son inmunomoduladores, utiles para el tratamiento de diversas enfermedades, incluyendo cancer y enfermedades infecciosas. Tambien se refiere a composiciones farmaceuticas, que comprenden este compuesto y un agente farmaceuticamente aceptable.
