Abstract
Se refiere a polipeptidos que clivan toxinas de Fusarium que son variantes de una carboxilesterasa de toxinas de Fusarium con el SEQ ID No. 46. Cada una de las variantes de polipeptidos cuentan con una secuencia de aminoacidos reducida en 47 aminoacidos en el extremo amino terminal y las secuencias de aminoacidos presentan una similitud de al menos un 70%, preferiblemente un 80% y mas preferiblemente de un 100% de identidad de secuencia, mas especificamente, la SEQ ID. No. 1, con respecto al tramo de secuencia de aminoacidos 48-540 de la SEQ ID No. 46.
